| Tiivistelmä: | Hihe-Blagoveshchensk international economic cooperation area lies to the southern side of Changfatun, Hihe city on the Chinese side and Kani-Kulgan, Blagoveshchensk on the Russian side. In the early period, the development area is planned to be 20 square km with 10 square km delimited for each. The expected international economic cooperation area will bring along the economic and technological cooperation with international trade, taking the international market as the guide, depending on the natural resources in Hihe and the Far East areas in an effort to turn it into the international free trade, international financial and international service center as well as processing base for export. |
