| Tiivistelmä: | During the period of economic transformation, the issue of optimization of China's government intervention becomes very important. This paper presents a view analytical framework for the operation sphere and process of government intervention. After studying the issue of government intervention, it comes to several basic conclusions. The operation process of government economic function for regulation is characterized by the lack of clear models. Government intervention is not being carried out by fiat based on clear ideas or plans but on the basis of voluntary actions taken by central and local governments and through trial and error. In the conclusion, it also points out three factors accounting for reasonable government intervention encouraging economic development and notes four distinctive features of China's govern. intervention. |
