Tiivistelmä:At the outset, the participants attending the workshop took part in a quick poll to chart the general feelings of the group on the assigned topics. According to the results, the "mean" scores supported the original hypothesis. There was, however, an overall lack of consensus. The results probably indicate that the group as a whole were using very different criteria to establish their responses with a very different base of experience. There may also have been other aspects affecting the result. Finally, the group was asked what was the individual "message" that they were taking away from the session on measuring performance and the impact of management development. There was general consensus indicating the need to work to create a more systematic approach to measuring the relevance and outcomes.
