Tiivistelmä:Personnel work policy within Project-Management - Success contribution from the personnel policy point of view - The assessment of personnel policy. Team work in companies gains more and more importance. However, the factor personnel is often neglected with regard to team success. Team jobs require special personnel decisions. This in turn causes different potentials of conflict on different scales for team members in different hierarchy and relationship levels. Good personnel policy produces good team results, derived from the specific characteristics of the personnel policy in team jobs. Team success is a function of ability, will and activity. The influence of personnel policy on these parameters influences team success. Calculated measures in connection with appropriate personnel policy improve the chances for the realisation of projects.
