| Tiivistelmä: | Foreign businessmen have entered China by three channels forming new enterprises, merging and purchasing Chinese enterprises. The problems existing in this line are as follows: 1. The state-owned assets have drained due to various reasons. For instance, the state assets fail to be appraised or are undervalued, foreign funds are not on hand, foreign businessmen are before hand with their profits or they get more than they should have according to their actual investment proportion and some foreign businessmen gain Chinese side's price differences by cheating, such as quoting imported equipment's at prices higher than the actual ones. 2. As a result of merging a large number of state enterprises, foreign businessmen are monopolizing the domestic market, which will not benefit the rationalization of China's industrial structure. |
