| Tiivistelmä: | After investigations into the status quo of the business of several foreign trade corporations in Harbin city, some problems have been found. These corporations lack competitiveness and have not great ability to meet an emergency. Many of them are "hollow corporations" which are only satisfied with running enterprises abroad. In view of these problems, and drawing lessons from the general trading companies of Japan and South Korea, this paper raises the suggestion that foreign trade corporations should take the road of enterprises. It means that they should develop products, create famous quality products and brand-name trademarks and unite with industrial enterprises. |
