| Tiivistelmä: | In the national international tourism market, Zhejiang province's occupancy rate overall presents a downward trend. In 1980, the overseas tourists, received nationwide were 5,702,536 persons/times. Zhejiang province received 123,029 persons/times with an occupancy rate of 2.16%. But in 1985 its occupancy rate fell to 1.53%. When entering the 1990s, Zhejiang's highest and lowest occupancy rates were 1.8% in 1992 and 1.4% in 1994. This shows that the development of Zhejiang's international tourism has slowed down obviously in recent years and the gap between it and the advanced cities is widening and its status in the national international tourism is degrading. |
