| Tiivistelmä: | 1.Coastal port cities in the south of the region have all created a sound investment environment are playing an important role in opening-up including Dalian, Yingko, Jinzhou and Dandong Perfect-infrastructure economic and technological development zones as well as bonded areas have been set up near ports. 2.Inland provincial capitals make joint efforts to found economic and technological development zones and hi-tech industrial gardens for the sake of a good environment for investment. 3.Regions around border port cities are rich in land, minerals and agricultural resources, with potentials of production bases of exported goods. 4. High levels of industrial specialization and socialization in heavy industrial cities are ideal for international division of labor. |
