Tiivistelmä:The aim of this study is to validate or refute some of the claims that are largely made by quality experts and practitioners regarding the importance of total quality management to organizational success. Some of these claims remain largely untested. The study uses middle managers' perceptions to make some inference about the association between the variables that are compared. The study does not establish causal relationships. However, associations observed could be useful in exploring the relationships between any of the quality measures and organizational performance.
