| Tiivistelmä: | In the 15 years to come, solutions to severe shortage of fund and decline of effect of macro control require increase of the proportion of revenue in the GDP and that of the proportion of revenue of the central government in the national revenue, reduction of deficit, control over the scale of debts and perfection of the state financial functions. Finance is to help state-owned enterprises improve internal conditions and motivate the shift of the management system, readjust taxation policies step by step in line with regulations of national treatment; tighten taxation and tax management and rationally delimit administrative and financial right of the central and local government. |
