| Tiivistelmä: | The industrial policies on organization and technology, fund-raising policy and export management policy constitute the cocoon silk industrial policy. This policy should encourage the enterprises of silk industry to develop trans- departmental and trans-regional enterprise groups, and to innovate technology, develop new products and create brand name products. It should stress the development of silk products for upholstery and for industrial purpose and promote silk products towards being high-grade and fashionable , and serialization. It should also highlight the establishment of export-oriented silk product-processing system featuring small batches, many varieties and quick delivery, and setting prices according to market demand. |
