| Tiivistelmä: | To enable China to keep independence in economy and increase the economic safety coefficient, we should do the following: formulating correct competition policy and industrial policy ,opening wider to the outside world, preventing the monopoly of multinational corporations and their industrial monopoly by taking advantage of competitions between many parts and market disparity in order to protect the national industry, practicing a strategy of supporting large-sized state-owned enterprises and establishing a state economic safety evaluation system. To utilize foreign investment, we should solve the problems in such lines as the industrial guidance , investment environment, the management of "the enterprises in three forms of ventures" the utilization of foreign investment in the central and western areas. |
