| Tiivistelmä: | China's real estate economy has the obvious feature of cyclical fluctuation. It experienced three upsurges in 1984, 1988 and 1992 and fell to all-time low points in 1987, 1989 and the second half of 1993 since China began to reform and open to the outside world. The cyclical fluctuation of real estate is attributable to the investment fluctuation, especially the policy fluctuation, that is, the alternate change of expanding policy and tightening policy. |
