| Tiivistelmä: | In terms of financial policy, on the premise of ensuring the moderate growth of financial payment, we should speed up the growth of financial revenue and attach more importance to broadening sources of income while paying equal attention to reducing expenditure and broadening sources of income. In terms of policy of financial payment, we should adjust the structure of financial payment, strengthen supervision and management and raise the efficiency of the use of financial funds. In terms of policy of financial revenue, we must collect taxes strictly in conformity with legal provisions to ensure the stable growth of financial revenue, strengthen fiscal supervision of enterprises and institutions, and strictly control the expenditure on wage and the consumption of social groups. |
