| Tiivistelmä: | From a macro strategic point of view, Shanghai's industrial sector should strengthen its alliance with the provinces and regions in Yangtze River Delta in the course of turning Shanghai into an internal investment center. Besides it should pay attention to such issues as strengthening the macro control function of the policy on the government's investment in the structural adjustment, choosing the layout of investment in the industrial gradient transfer selecting and cultivating a new round of pillar industries in the old pillar industries and establishing a mechanism benefiting the reorganization of the structure of assets stock. |
