| Tiivistelmä: | The key to promoting the development of clothing industry by using foreign investment is to increase the technological content of clothing industry, especially to enhance its capacity of technological development of production equipment and subsidiary materials. Considering from a long-term-point of view, the departments in charge and backbone enterprises should increase sci-tech input and practise tilting policies in utilising foreign investment On the other hand, the scale of foreign-funded projects should be enlarged to increase the benefits of scale. The combination of joint stock between Chinese enterprises with absorbing foreign funds is encouraged in order to turn the situation of foreign side holding the dominant position generally in clothing industry. The tax supervision of foreign-funded enterprises should be strengthened. |
