| Tiivistelmä: | Adjusting the stock of state-owned assets is an important issue arousing the general attention of the countries in the transformational period. In the 1990s, China also tries to do so on a trial basis through corporate system-oriented transformation, the establishment of companies controlling shares and enterprise groups, the optimisation of capital structure and the merger of enterprises. Viewed from the process of practice, a clear train of thought on it should be put forward. It includes separating the ownership of fund-providers from the property rights of enterprise legal person in order to practise corporate system, adjusting the stock of state-owned assets according to the principle of "withdrawing orderly" and establishing a new management system of state-owned assets. |
