| Tiivistelmä: | The auction enterprises nation-wide have developed from 40-odd at the end of 1987 to near 1000 spreading all over the provinces except Tibet. The articles for auction have expanded from the initial smuggled goods seized by law enforcement agencies and cultural products and works of art to ones including productive resources, means of subsistence movable property, real estate, patented technology. But the overall level of China's auction trade can not satisfy the need of vigorous development of the national economy. So to develop auction market during the Ninth five-year Plan period, we should establish a strict system of public property for auction, train a high-level contingent of auctioneers and experts for identification and persist in the road of scale business. |
