| Tiivistelmä: | This article describes the birth, life, and, ultimately, the death of an information system project. The purpose of this example is to illustrate the importance of recognizing that people viewing the same event from different perspectives can ascribe different meanings to the event. In this example, the failure on the part of the corporation's and project's managers to recognize these perceptions led to the system's demise. |
