| Tiivistelmä: | In recent years, the varieties of capital market have grown from over 20 to more than 400 and share-holding system enterprises reached over 5000 with the value of issued stocks amounting to 200 billion yuan or so and the value of market business coming to several thousand billion yuan. But it doesn't mean that China's capital market is ripe. The major problem is that the function of resource allocation has not been brought into play. Stock deviates from its internal value. Strong speculation is expressed on market. There are many structural contradictions existing in capital market and its interior. People's financial awareness is weak. Therefore, we should deepen the reform of enterprises and strengthen the subject of capital market, standardise capital market by legislation and invigorate state-owned assets. |
