Under the market economy, the reform of innovative system is the premise of promoting economic growth by innovation or technological progress. In the course of formation, the innovative system of the planned economy and that of the market economy will coexist in a quite long period of time. To realise the changing of innovative system, which will benefit the shift of economic growth mode, we must correctly define the roles of the state and market in innovation. |
