| Tiivistelmä: | In terms of price control, we should set the lowest protective prices of grain, the ceiling prices and the limited prices of imported grain. In terms of information regulation and control, we should establish the systems of demand and supply of main grains and monitoring their prices nation wide. Besides, we should have buffer grain stock, make well the adjustment of import and export , perfect the system of grain market and conduct the necessary financial subsidy. In view of the fact of "scissors differential" in grain, it is urgent for the state to rectify it by taking the measures of regulation and control. The methods of regulation and control over grain prices need to be confirmed in the legal form. |
