| Tiivistelmä: | Logisticians are becoming knowledge partners more than systems specialists. Logisticians cannot deliver knowledge through the traditional knowledge gates in the future. Instead they must obtain a thorough understanding of the knowledge processes of the partnering organizations. A knowledge partner seeks to interact and develop mutual knowledge , rather than just leave the knowledge in the shape of products or services at the doorstep. This all must be done in a time perspective that is unprecedented. |
