| Tiivistelmä: | This paper applies the resource-based view to the construction of a dynamic model for explaining in company's selection of international technology transfer mode. Major factors determining transfer modes are grouped into three categories according their resource implications. Together these factors determine the range of feasible transfer modes available to the firm which makes the final strategic decision. The transfer process is considered as a learning activity which improves the technology and the company's skills and modifies its strategy. |
