| Tiivistelmä: | Ashridge Management College in the United Kingdom (UK) has used the live case study as new tool for management development with academic support from the Science Center Berlin (Wissenschaft Zentrum Berlin - WZB). The live case method has been used by Beiersdorf AG with two quite different target groups, that is, in helping to develop strategic management skills of line managers and in workshops designed to improve the consulting skills of human resource managers. |
