| Tiivistelmä: | This report gives an introduction to the state of experiments made in optimizing capital structure in Mianyang city of sichuan province. It includes how to make the enterprises in extremely difficult position extricate them- selves from a predicament and give the bankrupt enterprises a new life. Under the guiding ideology of "international economic practice plus domestic advanced experience plus local actual situation", Mianyuang city used the main means of expediting reorganization of assets with the aid of famous enterprises outside this area and took the necessary measures like establishing "re-employment service center", assets trustee center for bankrupt enterprises" and a unified social security organ as well as various preferential policies.
