| Tiivistelmä: | In the reform of economic system in China, emphasis is put on deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises in a bid to improve the quality of enterprises as a whole and raise the benefits of capital operation with the adjustment and rearrangement of asset stock as the starting point. Joint stock economy as an organization form of assets of modern enterprises is an important form of reform of state-owned enterprises. Therefore, to further deepen the reform of economic system and the reform of state-owned enterprises, we must put forward vigorously the reorganization of share-holding system, put forth efforts on capital operation and implement strategic re-organization and expansion of state-owned enterprises. |
