| Tiivistelmä: | The Ninth five-year Plan period is the crucial period, during which China's auction industry will deepen development and become more mature. To develop auction industry in China, importance should be attached to optimizing environment, training personnel, adjusting structure in an effort to promote the formation of economic returns of scale. The main measures to be taken are as follows: we should implement strictly public property- auctioning system and the auctioneer development strategy, and stick to the development orientation of business operation of scale. The testing and appraising of goods for auction should be transferred gradually to auction enterprises. Besides, auction enterprises should establish a good image and have vocational ethics. The state should relax properly auction market-related policy. |
