| Tiivistelmä: | This paper stimulates managerial reflection through the creation of a dictionary. In modern business and management education and practice one of the interesting trends is the evolution of new terms and concepts. Often these terms seem to take on a life of their own and become reified without question. This lexicon takes issues with the reification of these concepts and processes by magnifying and lampooning their worst characteristics and assumptions. The purpose is not to generate wholesale dismissal of these ideas, but to stimulate critical reflection on how and when they should be used. |
