| Tiivistelmä: | The following enlightenment from the case analysis of re-organization of assets of enterprises are obtained: Optimizing the resource allocation of enterprises is the basic aim of re-organization of assets, which can not be carried out whthout the development and improvement of capital market, especially securities market. The intermediary organs are playing an important role in the re-organization of assets. The direct aim of re-organization of assets determines the orientation of flow of assets and its form. The differences in the mode of re-organization would also lead to the differences in the mode of combination of re-organization behavior with capital market. There also exist difference in operating mode. The government can play a certain role on the basis of valuing the economic law. |
