| Tiivistelmä: | The author conducts research as to laborers' current mental state in employment, the factors for its change and its influence on labour market. He considers that the variable of metal state in employment is a highly sensitive one. Being different from the variables of age structure and cultural and skill structures, the variable of mental state in employment is subject to influence of many factors including the external factors like system, policy and media, background factors like individual culture and working experience and individual factors like age structure and family background. |
