| Tiivistelmä: | The present theoretical model of property right system of rural joint-stock cooperative enterprises is designed mainly following the principle of share-holding system and just a few factors of cooperative system are reserved in it. Such a property right system is a mixed and diversified enterprise system formed in the system innovation of township enterprises. The nature of enterprises' ownership depends on the stock right structures of enterprises. Every kind of property right system arrangement has its distinctive features and rationality for its existence. It is basically compatible with the development level of rural productive force, the status quo of production factors and market supply, and system environment as well. |
