| Tiivistelmä: | According to the status quo of China's housing market and the existing problems in this line, this paper makes a theoretical exploration with regard to the moderateness of housing financial development. It thinks that there exist an issue of moderateness in its development, which means that its development can not be wholly adjusted by market forces without interference and the corresponding macro adjustment mechanism is needed. To this end, starting with changing the irrational economic structure, we should take the measures laying equal stress on two-way regulation and control of housing supply and demand and their development and control of housing supply and demand and their development establish a housing financial system to guide housing market towards a new hot point of consumption in abid to bring along the growth of the whole national economy |
