| Tiivistelmä: | The general rules for international cooperation include the following principles: voluntary participation, opening door, democratic management, profit to be distributed according to volume of transaction, interest of capital stock to be subjected to restriction, remaining neutral in politics and religion, and cash transaction. Cooperation is a wayout for solving the realistic rural problems in China. So we must observe the principles of cooperation and do well in settling the issue concerning forms of cooperation especially the issues concerning pre-production and after-production in agricultural production. The new cooperative economic organizations should have such features as being independent and comprehensive, locally-run organizations stressing service and playing an intermediate role. |
