| Tiivistelmä: | The essence of the reform in China is the transition from the state socialist pattern to the market socialist pattern. Accordine to the micro-economic institutional analysis of the reform in China, we can only carry out corporation reforms in a few former state-owned enterprises order to transform them into state holding companies or state participating companies. As to most of the former state-owned enterprises, they should be transformed into enterprises owned and run by the people. Regarding to organizational and institutional innovations in the reform in China, the essay analyses one of the characteristics of China's planning economic system, namely the establishing of a parallelling system of the party and the government, which was of low efficiency. The author claims that such system should be reformed into a single one. |
