| Tiivistelmä: | To bring into full play the role of financial policy in economic adjustment, first, we should increase the proportions of financial revenue in GDP and the central financial revenue in the total financial revenue respectively. To this end, we should make clear the function of China's financial policy and perfect the present finance and taxation system. However, improving tax-sharing system is the key to giving free rein to the function of financial policy while perfecting transfer payment is the important content of reform of financial system towards tax-sharing system and one of the effective means for the state to conduct resource allocation and strengthen macro regulation and control. |
