Tiivistelmä:Enterprise is the cell of society. If the majority of enterprises are loss-making and stagnant, the society will be unable to develop healthily. Up till now, the reform of enterprises is still in deep water. This is basically due to problems in cognition, namely not permitting enterprises with good beneficial results to carry out joint venture and share holding system. currently, there is another erroneous kind of practice in the reform of enterprises, namely solely depending on state-owned enterprises to reorganize and annex state-owned enterprises. In fact, "when the water is too clear, there is no fish". Enterprises owned by state, individuals and joint ventures may all be involved as far as the reorganization of assets is concerned. Such kind of mixed economy probably will produce higher benefits. Thus reform of state-owned enterprises may be accelerated.
