| Tiivistelmä: | By making IS-LM graphics analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions: Theoretically, both monetary policy and fiscal policy have the possibility of failure which, however, doesn't become true in China. Both monetary policy and fiscal policy are facing restriction at present and so implementing one of them independently can not produce the best policy effect. To start economic growth, fiscal policy and monetary policy should be considered at the same time in a short period of time and it is wrong to think of fiscal policy as conflicting with monetary policy. In the mid-run, the key to sustained growth will be the supply policy promoting the shift of structure rather than the monetary and fiscal policies stressing demand management. So the train of thought on policies need to be made clear further. |
