| Tiivistelmä: | Non-state-owned economy is a component part of the basic economic system in the primary stage of socialism. The necessity of existence and development of non-state-owned economy in the primary stage of socialism has proved that it is a member of the economy system in that stage and an indispensable component part. It together with the state-owned economy constitutes the basic economic system or economic base in the primary stage of socialism. The significance of development of non-state-owned economy lies in optimizing continuously the ownership structure with public ownership in the dominant position, and protecting and promoting the common development of state-owned economy and non-state-owned economy. |
