| Tiivistelmä: | Because of the impact of the East Asian financial crisis, China's foreign direct investment are facing crisis. China should get the following enlightenment from it: Extensive growth can not be sustained. "Bubble" economy is very dangerous. Financial risk should be decentralized in time. The functions of the government and enterprises must be separated and the government's policy making system perfected. In view of the East Asian financial crisis, apart from stablizing RMB exchange rate, China should improve the quality of export-oriented enterprises' products, upgrade products, improve the mode of marketing, reduce the cost of production and operation, increase properly demand and continue to squeeze the air from the financial bubble. |
