Tiivistelmä:As an independent business of hotels, economy hotels have their relatively independent guest market and characteristics. Their characteristics also decide that they must seek higher guest room-letting rate in order to keep a certain sales amount. And the expanding of their business scale depends more on the use of chain business mode. Viewed at the angle of investors, the asymmetry of demand-supply structure of China's hotels just provides a better investment chance for the development of economy hotels. The key to operating economy hotels lies in whether we can always adhere to the principle of marketing in order of from the outside (customers and competitors) to the inside (establishment and management). Among it, the determination of guest room price and control over cost are two core links.
