| Tiivistelmä: | Unemployment, and the basic living guarantee and re-employment of laid-off workers are not only a major economic issue but also a major political issue. This paper raises the measures to solve the problems of unemployment and laid-off workers and some suggestions from the following aspects: improving labour market and strengthening employment service system, conducting vocational skill training, perfecting unemployment insurance system and enlarging social security coverage. |
