| Tiivistelmä: | Considering the lessons of financial crisis and China's economic environment, the induced fluid risk and complexity in enterprises' business operation, we should establish the risk management systems of commercial banks. The contents of such a system include business policies and management targets, internal control system, capital operation and asset and liability management, credit risk management, accounting and financial systems, the risk management logistics guarantee system as well as contingency plan and emergency measures. The suggestions on their operation are as follows: fully understanding difficulties in doing so; banks establishing the systems with the characteristics of their own step by step, and setting up the indentification, analysis, evaluation and control systems of comprehensive risk. |
