Tiivistelmä:Founding brand names boil down to training customers' loyalty to the brand name. The assential way to do so is to make customers' profitable, which can not be realized without the following four links. 1. Improve the quality of products. Quality can ensure that customers get on well in the consuming process and that realize their key interests. So it is the basis on which the customers' loyalty can be got. 2. Provide excellent service 3. Enhance people's quality. Exellent products or outstanding service, is created by the company's employees; meanwhile, how employees deal with customers on its own is an independent element to creat customers' benefits. 4. Set up a wonderful entrepreneurial image.
