Labor leaders and civil rights advocates argue that the practice violates the dignity and right to privacy of employees. This study focused on:(1) the relationship between employee acceptance of electronic monitoring and perceptions along individual and organizational characteristics. It surveyed workers from a variety of industries and organizations of different sizes. |
