| Tiivistelmä: | In the course of this article, a basic formula that is not subject to unit problems was derived. Using this basic for- mula, it is possible to derive other formulae, for example a formula for annuity. The improved basic formula is suitable for: - Calculations applying the interest rate and calculations applying the bank-discount rate - Calculations applying simple capital growth and calcula- tions applying continuous capital growth -Both periodical analysis and continuous analysis - Situations where the interval in which the interest is ex- pressed is equal to the cycletime, as well as situations in which this not the case. |
