| Tiivistelmä: | At present the functional defect of the supervision of China's stock market to the State-owned enterprises is similar to that of the State-owned commercial banks, the only difference lies in its small path dependence and short history. Nevertheless, China's stock market is still continuing its inefficient self-enforcing. The contradiction between the first and secondary market becomes increasingly acute. Effective measures should be taken to deepen the first market, including issuing structure, price and scale. Great efforts should also be given to the regression of the secondary market, which means that we must turn the irrational speculation into rational and supervisory venture, eliminating bull operations. |
