| Tiivistelmä: | Now there are mainly three company-governing models, that is, clan supervision and control, internal and external supervision and control. China's present company-governing model is the model of share holders' sovereign rights under the government's intervention. It has such drawbacks as lack f internal mechanism of supervision and control, imperfect mode of external supervision and control and no proper incentive to the related interest subjects.
