It is often regarded as the 1st or 2nd largest industry in many countries for its economic impact and creation of employment opportunities. Particularly in those countries with adequate natural resources for tourism development, the tourism industry is often regarded as a vital development agent and an ideal economic alternative to more traditional primary and secondary sectors. |
