| Tiivistelmä: | Strategic union serves both as an important strategy of obtaining competitive advantage and realizing rapid growth, and as the most widely adopted developing model for the western successful enterprises to march into the newly developed international market. Under the premise of analyzing the enterprises' way of growing, this article make research on the questions of the establishment, advantage and existence of effective strategic union, and proposes that applying strategic union is needed both by obtaining competitive advantage in future international market and by developing China's enterprises themselves. |
